We have to be so careful when it comes to our faces. there are so many cosmetics out now that have bad chemicals in them. Chemicals that can make you age faster. Slow down skin cell reproduction. Some can even cause severe damage like Dryness, burns and even disease.
On Youtube today there are so may DIY makeup tutorials. Its amazing how much of our makeup, that we spend a shit ton of money on. We can make our selves at home. This also helps to know what is actually in your makeup.
I found this book called DIY MAKEUP CLUB by Lorraine Pierce. It takes you step by step how to make 100 Eye Shadows. And that is just volume one! (I am hoping for more to be released soon) Let me tell you it was easier then i thought to make then and the color pay out was amazing. I never would have tried it had it not been for this book!
Knowing what goes into your make up is very important. I am not saying that I wont ever buy another eye shadow again.
